Founder, Clinical Director & Lead Mentor

Dr Ahmad Nounu founded Private Dental Mentor with a vision to redefine postgraduate dental education by creating a supportive learning environment where dentists can grow with confidence.

As Clinical Director and Lead Mentor, Ahmad is passionate about helping dentists develop both clinically and professionally. His teaching combines practical experience, evidence-based dentistry and real-world mentorship, enabling delegates to strengthen their clinical skills, improve patient communication and confidently navigate the transition into private practice.

Through education, mentorship and a commitment to raising professional standards, Ahmad continues to inspire dentists to achieve excellence while delivering exceptional patient care.

Lucy Dennis

Operations & Project Manager

Lucy oversees the day-to-day operations that keep Private Dental Mentor running seamlessly.

From coordinating educational programmes and managing events to supporting faculty and delegates, Lucy ensures every aspect of the learning experience is delivered to the highest standard.

Working closely with the wider team, she transforms ideas into well-organised educational experiences while ensuring every delegate receives exceptional support from registration through to course completion.

Jo Lee

Executive Assistant

Jo provides invaluable support behind the scenes, coordinating schedules, communications and the many moving parts involved in delivering Private Dental Mentor’s educational programmes.

Whether assisting delegates, supporting faculty or helping organise events, Jo plays an important role in ensuring everything runs efficiently, allowing the team to focus on delivering an outstanding educational experience.
