At this stage, his development became more focused, structured, and intentional.
Throughout the Evolve Programme, Andrew didn’t just gain knowledge. Instead, he developed the confidence and mindset required to succeed in private dental practice.
“Evolve helped me connect the dots. It wasn’t just clinical—it was how to think, communicate, and carry yourself as a private clinician.”
